Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
No account is needed to order. A confirmation email arrives straight away and a dispatch email follows with tracking.
Dispatch takes one to two business days and transit is usually three to seven business days. Any import duty is set and collected by your own customs authority, and the carrier will ask for it before handing the parcel over.
You have thirty days from delivery to start a return. If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, the return label is on us and you choose between a refund and a replacement.
Every product page lists the materials and everything that arrives with it. Where a size matters, the listing states it; if a figure you need is not there, write to us and we will check the piece we hold.
Up to the moment an order is being packed, a change is just a message to us with the order number. Write to us with the order number as soon as you can; if the parcel has already left we will say so and point you at the returns process instead.
No. Guest checkout is the default, an account is optional, and having one changes neither the price nor the delivery estimate. It simply keeps your addresses and order history in one place.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The checkout shows only the options that work for the delivery country you have chosen, so nothing is offered that cannot complete.
The card fields belong to our payment provider rather than to this site, and the page itself is encrypted, so the number is never typed into our servers. That is also why we cannot look up a card number for you, however good the reason.
Picking takes one to two business days and transit is usually three to seven business days more. Anything beyond that is usually customs rather than the carrier, and the tracking will show which.
Every parcel is tracked and the number arrives with the dispatch email. If nothing moves for five days, tell us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Email us with the order number and which item is coming back. We reply with a reference and, where the return is our fault, a prepaid label. Please wait for the reference before posting anything — it is what lets us match the parcel to your order.
Refunds are processed within three business days of receipt. Banks then take their own three to five days to display it, which is the part we have no control over.
Stock sits here, checked against its listing before anything is packed. Where a colour reads differently under different light we say so, and where a size runs small the listing says that too.
A listing that does not match what arrived is on us.
Small runs mean a sold-out piece often does not return, which is why a listing disappears instead of showing as unavailable. Occasional restocks do happen, and the honest answer is that we will not keep a listing up on the chance of one.
